迪士尼当红女明星赛琳娜·戈麦斯成立了一家名为"七月月亮"(July Moon Prods)综合公司，而新公司与XYZ电影公司合作可以为这位迪士尼童星公司的发展提供资金帮助。
这个交易赋予了戈麦斯能够选择剧本，雇用电影编剧及捆绑其他额外内容提供给制片商的权利。
